96 fj80 Lexus axles

I can pick up a set of 96 fj80 axles outta a Lexus. The owner says the rear axle is out of his Toyota land cruiser. Did both have differential lockers in the rear or only the Lexus ? And what is a fair price on them

Yes, some of the Land Crusiers had e-lockers front and rear. I'd search around maybe on Pirate to see the going rate. They won't be Toyota Pickup Truck cheap though.

Full floater rear e locker axle fj80 about $600-$1000
Front elocker axle fj80 about $1000-$1500
No cheap but they are great. Cheaper to build them Tons and just as strong in most rigs.

How do I tell the difference by looking at the axles them selves

This is a front FJ80 elocker axle

Rear elocker

Non elockers will look like "normal" toyota diffs.

Make sure the back is a Full floater. It will look like a one ton rear axle out at the brakes. Were u could unbolt the axle shaft and pull it out easy.
