98 s-10 stalling. help!!!!!!!!

my brother has a 98 s-10 with the 4.3 that stalls out about every 10 times he stops. it cranks back up and drives but continues to stall about every 10 times. it has a new motor,new starter, water pump, and accessories . any help would be appreciated.

I'm going to say the idle air controller without any other info to go on.

check compression and check and make sure the radiator isnt losing water and it passes a pressure test, on and off idle and that the cooling pressure test that the needle doesn't jump around.. those are notorious for leaky head gaskets/cracked heads.. aluminum heads, cast block.. my $.02 broke down blown up head 4.3 95 blazer sitting in the yard
