98 ZJ 5.2 Limited. heat isnt hot. help

Ok i have a 98 Grand Cherokee Limited with the 5.2L
i have a automatic temp constrol system. with the Display

Heat worked at the first of summer, but tonight i cut it on and it just stayed cool.. if you turn the a/c on it will freeze you out. but if you cut the heat on its just like outside temp..Almost like it just isnt switching over..

my heater lines are hot. and im not losing no coolant. it worked like 2-3 months ago.

any Suggestions?.
My ATC/AZC Test shows codes 38,46,55
Looked them up but not really sure what they are?..
 
i thought a fixed my heat when i reset the atc. it worked ...



Ok so today i went out and it was hot, so i cut on the a/c... and damn no a/c just hot air blowing.. i was like wtf now.. comes to find out it threw a code 23. i took my blend door motor out and turned the shaft by hand and air!.. so then i took the motor apart and the plastic gear that is pressed onto the metal shaft was cracked and split.. so i took it and put it in the a/c pos. and got temp air till i buy a new blend door motor..

any suggestion on where to buy one other then jeep?.. ima go to the junk yard next sat.
