Officially name 'hoRunner' by some friends... this was supposed to be my DD that I didn't mess with, and left stock.... that never happens though:rolleyes:

Looks good man. My DD 4runner looks pretty much exactly like that, but with 255/85 KM2s. I have a set of 285/75 Nitto TGs waiting to go on though, once my KM2s wear out - which will be soon enough (I think I'll be lucky to get 30k out of them).

Then in the last month.... haha

I was sick and tired of riding as a pass. on the trail, and at events... so I wanted to at least have something to wheel-mild until I can afford a dedicated trail rig..

First things first...

-Lockers... I went with a loc-rite for the rear, cheapo I know, and a spartan for the front ( I haven't installed the front yet, I'm waiting to do manual hub conv. first so I can unlock a hub for steering on the trail... anddd about 4 spare CV's, haha)
....Big thanks for Universal Automotive and Chris at East Coast Gear Supply

Then...Protection since I'm going to be lowww:shaking:

I wanted a plate bumper, but didn't have $1000 to blow, so I made one....

I think this should hold! hahaa... Cardboard mock-up

Bumper...continued

Items I still need to do for the bumper...(I simply ran out of time on spring break)

-Put lights in...I want to make them recessed
-Cut the thin opening for the winch fairlead(already has internal horizontal mounting plate)
-Sandblast/Primer/Paint... I have color matched metallic silver to match the trim

Here's the bumper as of right now... I had to get to a 'stopping point' because I ran out of time, and classes started back...

Scotch-brite'd / and rattle canned'...
