2 questions.

The front track bar is out about 3/8".

Will this cause the thrust angle to be off?

If it's put on a alignment lift with that cause a rear axle (thrust angle again) false reading?

Thrust line will be out if you have kinked rear springs or a broken center bolt in the leaf pack. Anything to cause the rear axle to point to the left or right. Maybe bad spring bushings?

Front axle really has nothing to do with it. Doing a 4 wheel alignment, the front wheels are adjusted to the thrust line rather than the centerline of the body. In theory they should match but sometimes they don't.

The front trac bar being out that little won't do much. If you have an adjustable bar than you can tweak it to be perfect. If not, you are stuck with what you have unless you have adjustable coil spacers.

Thanks, I thought as much. Looking for conformation.

I made some receiver plates for the rear axle & will go back to the alignment rack to tweak it correctly. Jeep was hit on the front drivers corner pushing that side back about 3/8" . I moved it tonight & it drives better.

Thanks again.
