99xj dana 30 fluid overflow?

the overflow tube that stems from my dana 30 front axle has overflowed or been overflowing. i hopped under it today and noticed it was all over my brake lines, axle, control arms, etc. what causes this? it shouldnt be holding any water, and i changed the fluid probably a month ago. thanks!
 
Was it sitting level when you refilled it? COuld be heating up causing the fluid to seep out. Just a few ideas
 
yeah the axle vent tube is what i was talking about. it was sitting in my garage when i filled'er up, i havent seen any leaks from the diff cover what so ever.... what could it be?
