For the foregoing reasons, we AFFIRM the district court’s
grant of summary judgment to the County on the Nordykes’
First Amendment and equal protection claims and, although
we conclude that the Second Amendment is indeed incorporated
against the states, we AFFIRM the district court’s
refusal to grant the Nordykes leave to amend their complaint
to add a Second Amendment claim in this case.

guys, this is a big as it gets... every gun law in the nation will get challenged now... basically we just won a HUGE victory
ok let me clarify my last post a bit too... the 1st amendment's protection for freedom of religion... it applies to both state and federal governments... a state government may not infringe on that freedom any more than the federal government can... there are some exceptions but they must be able to prove that the exception is not an undue burden...
because of this ruling, the 2nd now falls under the same standards...
