Well i got er all assembled. Still have to attach some wiring and see if it starts (crossing fingers) But i have a few spots to touch up, like some bolt heads but there is a big difference between when i first got it and now. The wife now wants me to paint the rims red, so we will see. I was jsut going to paint them black and have a yellow pinstripe, so we will see, sicne i do not have any red paint right now.

Now i cant wait to drive the thing. I also was able to fab a hoop so the vent will stay open during the drive and not rattle anymore :)

Killer. I LOOVE mine. Gonna drive it on the road? Where did you get one in that nice of shape?

SWEET RIDE. That is awsome!

No clearcoat. You can still see flaws at about 5 feet but it came out nice. I drive it on the road but it will also see offroad time. The tub is fiberglass so it wsa kind of cheating to have it so nice ;) Eventually i would like to get a steel tub but it is nice to not worry about rust. :)

Abotu 2 weeks ago i was trying to find out what color to use. The jeep looked like the partridge family bus with differnt parts of it with differnt color patches. The yellow just looked hte best, plus i had aabout a 3/4 gallon of the PPG Transport yellow left and it wasnt cheap. So i decided to use it.

Why am I reminded of this?
