I made this trying to build an adjustable anti wrap bar. It wasnt till I got it all together that I realized I will have to make my bracket longer at the top, and slot the upper holes vertically for some adjustment Am I trying to reinvent the peanutbutter sandwich? Or is there any reason not to have it adjustable? sorry for the crappy pics

That's fine you made it adjustable. Did you paint it gold?

Here's my home brew wrap bar. Not adjustable but measured to fit my application!

no its not gold just a shitty camera. I sandblasted it!
Hmmmm PINK...
Now what is the general frame of thought on where to mount thes? driver or passenger side?

passenger side.

I don't see where adjustable would help except maybe when you first instal it. If you try to adust it when it's installed to correct pinion angle you would have to jack it up to connect it since it has to be taken off to adjust. It would be bending springs and keeping pressure on the heim.

If I under stand what you are asking. you mean where the two tubes come together? I just used a band saw and cut it at the angle I wanted. Mine runs all the way out to the heim and is welded in place. pretty easy. There were no huge gaps to fill before I started welding. the two span pieces in between the main runners were cut to length on an angle and I crimped the ends in a vice a little and ground to fit. now where I welded to the bushing casings I notched with a hole saw to get the correct fit. Which is what i should have done to the two span pieces!

HAAAAAAAAAAHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!
