Looking for advice on the best way to sell my camper. I wasn't sure if I should deal with craigslist, rv trader, or one of those companies that buy old RVs. Anyone have any experience with selling one?

Its a small pull behind trailer. Weighs 1800 pounds and is a 2013 model. I am not sure if the brand is cozy or xtreme trail but it has both on it. I would have to look at the title when I got home to make sure. Here are some pics I have of it, gonna definitely take a lot more when I actually create an ad for it. My thing is that we have only used it a couple of times since we got it and rather than keep it and let it go to waste, I would rather sell it while it still has some value, if it has some value.

I would definitely try here first. You never know. You will deal with a lot less bs than craigslist, but a smaller target crowd. Otherwise, I am not help.

I would definitely try here first.

I wasn't sure if this kind of camper would appeal to the 4x4 crowd or not since its not self contained and is definitely not and off road type. If you think it might be worth a post, I will post it up on here once I take some more pics and get all the specs for it. Thanks for the suggestion.

It's a dry place to sleep, with A.C., and light enough to be pulled by a jeep... of course you should try here.

That thing is perfect to Take the axle and tongue off of to mount on a trailer.

That's pretty cool. I have never seen that done before, bet its a lot cheaper than an actual toy hauler camper and probably able to haul more too.

That camper is adorable! I would definitely post here (you never know). I haven't had much luck with selling our camper but I'm refusing to put it on Craigslist right now. So far I've only advertised here & via word of mouth though. I have a feeling we'll have to expand our audience soon. We checked into consigning or trading but I'm not willing to take that low of an offer & lose my arse.

Down my way, fellers use those to strip down (axles) and mount on pontoons for a house boat. Yours unfortunately is way to nice for that. There's a wider market for campers than you may realize.
I have two 18' pontoons salvaged from a catamaran sitting at my house. Hence the reason I brought it up.

That thing looks like the highest drag object you can uhh... ...drag behind a vehicle. :p
Even for a camper.

It's a cool little brick though.

It was definitely like pulling a sail behind the 98 zj we had. Much easier to pull with our Troopers and my K5.

How much you looking to get out of it

I am thinking about starting at $6000 based on a few similar ones I have seen on cracklist. The thing really is still like brand new so I would hate to take a huge loss on it.

I am gonna put a legit for sale ad up tomorrow night once I go down and take some better pics and can sit down and list all the specs. I really didnt expect this much interest here or at all for that matter so I am sorry I am not better prepared. I was just seeking advice. Thank you all for your questions and input, seriously.

I understand I know slot of people that have been through the same. A tent and a air mattress can be hard to beat for a day or two.

Hammock

Switched from tent years ago. Lighter. Easier to set up. Takes up less space in the jeep

I love my hammock, still use the tent too sometimes.
