Aftermarket bumpers for an '02 4runner: ARB...Shrockworks?

A few questions that I would appreciate any and all help with...

I have a 2002 4runner SR5 4x4. I am wanting to replace the front bumper with an aftermarket one such as Shrockworks or ARB, any suggestions on those or other brands to look at?

My stock running boards have seen better days and I am looking into having a set of rock sliders installed. Shrockworks' sliders are $414 which is way more than I am willing to pay, especially when Trail Gear's are ~$145. Any others I should consider?

Idk if youve seen the thread that this came from but. . .

ARBs are tough as hell! Look good and well not sheap lol.

My friend has one on his 4runner, it looks great and it dosent really pull the front end down.

He got the bumper and a 8000lb winch for like $600. Prolly never find that deal again. . .

Any other suggestions for rock sliders, other than the trail-gear ones?

Does anyone run a ARB bumper on their 3rd gen 4runner? how much will the weight lower my front end?
