if you've got a hydraulic cyl repair shop somewhere close, they may be able to match/help

Ya I realized it sucked after I posted it.

No it's not an oring (that's to simple)
It's two pieces the top is a rubber gasket/plunger and the bottom piece has a second gasket that is around a .25 in tall. I believe this is where the air was leaking from since it is cut all the way threw. Tonight I'll clean it and take better pictures.

Looks like it is the same brand that northern tool sales, by looking at the operating mechanisms. They do not have replacement parts for them.
