Looking for a twin - queen sized matress. Need something doesn't deflate over night. Needs a pump, built in preferred. AC/DC does not matter. What's everyone using? I'm sick of my Ozark Trail queen deflating on me over night. It's usually fine for just me, but when the wife camps with me it makes for a miserable night.

Here's what I'm thinking about: http://www.campmor.com/outdoor/gear/Product___25418

Let me know what you guys (or gals!) like about your mattresses.

We bought an Intrex brand queen size with the built in pump. At first, we liked it. (it was a temporary solution to not having a mattress). It has some kind of baffling that makes it look like a chambered mattress. After less than a month, we went on vacation for a week and came back to the chamber on my wife's side "erupting", which really freaked me out because when the bed was made, it looked like there was someone sleeping in the bed!

Over the next couple weeks and months, the other baffles broke as well causing the mattress to take the shape of a life raft.

For something that would only get occasional use, this MIGHT be OK, but it is NOT an every day use solution.

I will agree with the aero beds. They are super nice. A little pricy, but cheaper than hotel rooms in the long run.....

What I like most about mine is.....................that it doesn't deflate overnite.
I have a Coleman that I have had for quite some time. Still holds air. Definitely got my money's worth out of it!

Walmart has a queen on sale for $30 right now. I feel that when it comes to sleeping on air, it don't matter how thick it is. The comfort level is the same. Also no matter which one leaks air, the comfort level is the same.

Cris, I've got a camper for sale! Queen size with a ceiling fan.

The one I got was in the bedding section at walmart it was 60 bucks for a queen size she does good but after two years of use it does leak down a little over night

Chris, for my money you just can't beat a plain old Downy Air Bed. Go to http://www.campmor.com and search for "downy air bed". I like the blue ones without the pump, and I always carry a spare (new in the box) in the truck. Get a good pump and you will be set for years.

That's the one I have now. Started leaking down on the 2nd use.

I know how you roll and I can't keep up with the Moorefields! hehehe I've got a Winnebago, just need some more money and time to get it going!

I'm thinking about two twins. With the queen now, even when aired all the way up I find it kind've uncomfortable when the wife is in there with me. We roll to the middle.

Is this the equiv of the bed you were talking about? I'm a little leery of this one because it looks almost identical to my Walmart ozark trail one. The one I have now is very comfortable until it deflates and for a single person it's not bad even when it deflates.

The Aero bed's don't seem to be getting good reviews??

This is a different kind of mattress. I've used similar products in the past with great success.

I've got a couple of those types, but I find they aren't comfortable enough for me or the wife. They work great for my canoe trips or when I'm doing some really primitive camping though. Much better than laying on the ground!

Wait, I just realized this one was 3.5" thick. Big difference compared to mine. REI's right around the corner. I'll go check these out in person.

I've only used thinner ones myself and they sure as heck beat sleeping on the ground. The reviews were great on this thing with the only caveat being it was a little hard to roll back up to fit into it's carry case. I don't see that as an issue when wheeling. It's a little pricey but if it works...

I'm very happy with the Coleman air bed we just got from wally world and the external inflator/deflator. works SO much faster than the $$ mattress we have with the built in pump/deflator.
