We picked this up on a junk removal job, don’t know anything about what it is. Wasn’t sure if anyone here would know if this is outdated equipment or if it’s something that could still be used. We would like to donate it rather than scrap it if it’s something someone could still use

It's an oxygen concentrator for people w breathing difficulties. Kind of like a pressure pump but through some magic it delivers a higher oxygen content than normal air.
