Is it possible to put to many pellets in a tire?
I put approximately 4-5oz in a 32" AT, and it starts vibrating pretty bad around 65 or so.

It is possible to put too much, but you might not have added enough... I'd try adding more first, as too much is better than too little.

The appox 5 oz I put in to begin with balanced the front tires perfectly, no vibes in the steering wheel at any speed. I added an additional 3 oz to the rear last night and it still vibrates, only now it starts around 75 or so. I drive 85 miles one way to work, 5 days a week, so i need it to be smooth on the interstate. Do I keep adding more weight?

85 miles one way to work 5 days a week! You need a cheap DD that gets 30mpg.

A 32" AT shouldn't be having problems balancing at all. Take the bb's out and have them balanced at a tire shop. Then later if you want, add the bb's again. What exactly is it doing at 75?
