aluminum tube work in clt?

I'm looking for someone to repair/ fab the front bow rail on a center console boat I just purchased. The rail is complete except for the front center section where it has been broken off. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

i've got a buddy in wilmington that builds custom boats and could probably help you, but thats quite a haul from here.
