Aluminum Welding.

Can any one weld some 6061 aluminum 0.049 wall tube?

I will have all the parts cut and ready for welding tomorrow.

1. When can you do the welding?
2. What is your hourly rate?

Thats thin! I may be able to do it. How many joints and what style joints? I'm assuming all butt welds? May I ask what it's for? Is this a high stress or pressure part?

6 joints? all butt welds? I will be notching the tubes for the joints.

The device will be used for running with a baby stroller, I know right.

So I would say not high stress or pressure.
