AMC 20 truss?

I am about 100% sure this question has asked but I can never get the search to work.

My question is what is the easiest way to truss an AMC 20 axle?

And is it nessasary if you your not planing to jump off the side of a mountain?

The AMC20 tubes are pretty thin, and known to bend. Its more important to truss a widetrack than narrow track. Mine bent after the first UREcross race, but it may have been going before that.
