AMC 360 Oil Cap

After this weekend I realize I need a better oil cap. It keeps falling off and well, I want to keep it running for a while longer. At least for one more run. So what options are there for those old standpipe looking fill ports? Here's a look at mine for reference.

IIRC I bought a new one from Advance. Mine was also loose. The metal clips get fatigued and just won't hold. AMC just never got the whole twist lock idea.

Where did you get that one? At least I could clamp it and it stay in place.

The earlier models (mine) had a deeper metal cap... and less prone to come off

Metal Clips? Damn, how old are these? I've got 2-3 from 78-79s, that have a double rubber ribbed insert, that holds it in. Never had one fallout. I still have the vent line fed into the factory air filter housing too.

Yeah, mine is a cut up original that came with my engine.
