As of this week, I have passed ownership and control of the board to Shawn (saf-t-scissors). The board needs to grow and go places I'm not prepared to take it. Shawn has been doing lots of the work on the back end and is in a great position to grow this community. It's been a great ride for the last 5+ years and the boards grown far more then I thought it would. I hope everyone gives Shawn the same great support you gave me.

na preciate it all so far Rob, and props Shawn for stepping up, love the board and what it does for the off-roading community in the region as a whole . . . like I said give me some camera's and camera guys and i will make NC4x4tv happen - 2 to 3 events per weekend :smokin::driver:

Thank you so much for allowing me to do so much with this board. I know I've caused you to pull your hair out on several occasions...wait, nevermind the hair pulling thing:flipoff2:...but anyways, you and the wifey have been great and very patient with me, as I have dreamed up some off the wall stuff in the past few years.

Thanks Rob, knew ya and family before the board and hope it stays that way after the board! I guess it get's tough on a old guy like you, sorta hafta cut back a little an all. LOL Call anytime!
 
Oh yeah Shawn, thanks for stepping up to the plate, let me know if there's anything I can help with. As always, if you need help, I don't mind trying to find you some!
 
Thanks for creating the board Rob, I have been coming to the site for 3-4 years, not sure how long I have been a member but its been very useful. I've heard nothing but good things about Shawn, apparently hes quite the camera man at most the events.

I look forward to seeing where the board goes from here.
 
Guys, Shawn stepped up to the plate 5+ years ago. He has just been behind the scenes quietly keeping things running (along with the other Admins).

Shawn is really the most obvious choice to move us forward to the next level.
 
Thanks for all you have done. I have learned allot here, found some pretty good deals and had some good laughs at some of the post.
 
Thanks Rob for giving us a place to hang out. Shawn, thanks for stepping up and good luck with keeping us under control. This is the board that I frequent the most and I enjoy hanging out here. My wife hates it, but Im happy with this community.
 
Im proud to say I am a member of this site and what it has been for the last 5 years. As one of the people who was here when Rob took over Ive watched this site grown and become the go-to place for NC wheelers. Thank you Rob for not letting this site die, thank you to all the Admin and Mods who keep this board going and improving on a constant basis.

Rob, I hope you hang around and continue to see where this board goes. Maybe we'll get together for a cold beer or Code Red sometime.

Shawn, good luck with the board, may it continue to grow and be as successful as the past 5 years. If there is anything I can do to help please do not hesitate to ask.

This is 1 of a few sites I visit and the only one I'm a member of. I'm glad I stumbled upon it last year and have met alot of good people. I never really knew who was reponsible for the site. Rob its nice to meet you and thanks for helping put something together that has become apart of my daily routine. SO somebody has some big shoes to fill...
