I have a friend who's auto tranny is going out in his Exploder. He is looking at remanufactured or rebuilt transmissions.

Does anyone recommend any places in G-boro or near?

I live in Greensboro and need a tranny for my k5 as well. The places I got the most reccomendations for were Budget Transmission and aamco. Bill Cook also sounded like he knew what he was talking about.
