Yes, he is. I don't want to speak too much on his behalf, but I talked to him a few weeks ago about surveying some stuff for me, and he was available in a fairly short timeframe, certainly not months out.

We got it done today. One of the guys we had contacted a while back had a break in his schedule and ran out and marked what we needed. He just marked the front property lines, so I may want to get you out later to survey the whole thing so I know where all my boundaries are.
