anybidy interested in leasing wheeling land in northern iredell county

well

well went and looked at it and found some cool stuff lot of creek crossing and access also some ravines some hill climbs just a little bit of everything the taxes are 2000.00 a year and he wants to cover that so 10 people would be 200 a piece its just a thought going try put on some event once we get it set up the owner want to buy more and expand once it gets going if it works out if interested pm me

I'd be willing to pay a few bucks per trip to have some different terrain to wheel now and then, but it's too far for me to be able to wheel it enough to justify $200/year. I'd be interested in helping out, though.

If you guy's get some trails built, post up some cool wheeling photos, and have an open ride and charge $10-20/vehicle, you could probably make several hundred dollars or more in a single day.

problem is this begins to bring up the whole insurance/liability issue again.
Don't get me wrong, if some guys can get this into a litte play area, great.
just have to be careful about the word getting out and all kinds of yahoos noew showing up and riding around unsolicted etc

You could do something kinda like the Boggers do and have a twice a year event to pay for it.

Just have one of those Sign Your Life Away forms.

Hell if the trails are different and good, I would pay $20 to ride for the day.

Then it gets into parking and such.

closer to me than URE. i'd pay to play, dunno about paying upfront for a full year.

I talked to Justin last night.
Lets let him sort it out and come back with some more details.

Anyone who wants to pitch in and commit to having a 'local' potential wheelin spot, PM justin.

Also, we pay how much to keep our rigs running constantly and $35 a year for URE, shit not even a full year to go wheelin in URE... so whats the problem here?

Justin knows I'm down for helping out, just like we all were on Andy's farm, but lets hope this actually keeps going forward.
