I'm needing a trailer axle, 7000lb, 8 on 6.5, electric brakes. Called Redneck, they quoted $452.65, after asking if I had an account there. I figure somebody is set up with them, can do better, and make a few bucks.
 
Check with hudson in Charlotte. My dad bought a few axles from them and I know he got a good deal or he wouldn't have bought them.
 
Thanks...I just called them, $447. All I'm really needing is to swap hyd. to electric brakes, looks like I can do that for $300-ish. I'll just have to mod the axle to do that cause what I have has an oddball 4 bolt backing plate and not 5.
 
Carolina Trailer in Spartanburg has done well by me.....if you wanna check them ask for Dano (pronounced dan"O")...he will hook you up and Id be gald to assit with delivery.
