I want to get a small trailer to haul the kayaks on. Tonight I started looking at a folding trailer online. Anybody have one? Just wondering how they track and if they rattle alot.

1195 lb. Capacity 48 in. x 96 in. Heavy Duty Folding Trailer

Like this? If so, I had one I used for general use and never had a problem. I would think it would make a great kayak trailer.

My current trailer is the heavy duty version like this

1720 lb. Capacity 48 in. x 96 in. Super Duty Folding Trailer

I bought this used and made a camping trailer out of it. I am going to add a rack to hold my mountain bike and a kayak!

I had the axle lengthened so I could install larger wheels/tires. Found some old Jeep 15" takeoff's that are perfect.

Did you install a different axle to get the 5-lug? the links you shared to the trailers look like 4-lug.

I have some crappy jet ski trailers (rotted bunks, bad tires, maybe hubs) you could modify for kayaks. As soon as I get the tubs swapped over on my jeep I'm going to use one for a smoker and have no use for the second. $50
