Anyone done a SAS on 86-88 Toy?

Looking for someone who has had the experience in doing a SAS swap on an IFS truck. I have seen many conversions on line but it would be good for me and others with same interest to hear from someone locally who has endured the pain. Looking at doing one using early model Toy front axle.

i've done one on an 89 pickup and a 93 4runner, should be the same as yours. It's not that bad really. use a hole saw for the shackle tube. take your time grinding / torching / cutting. i have a set of rear springs for a rear up front application if you're interested

its pretty straight forward... cut, grind, measure, weld... if you can do those 4 things, you can pretty much do a SAS on a yota
