man... That totally sucks. A few times I have been there people are always telling the stories of other kids/people dying by going off the side of the mtn.. Thats why its so expensive to ride there... so they can pay their insurance.

You pay to play. I hate to hear it for them, I really do. I am a compassionate person. However, it's a risk we take. We take it every time we get behind the wheel, or sit on a motorcycle, or eat at a restaurant. Everything we do involves some risk. Unfortunately, when something like this happens it becomes another example for people to point at and say "See why we should close off the OHV parks!"

I'll pray for those involved.

I saw a similiar situation hapen at tellico when a Grand cherokee drove off trail 1 .. scary site..

if you go to that tow company out there.. timco they have a pic of it after the got it back up to road and it was nasty

I was just thinking about the times I've driven down trail 1 in the bronco pretty sketchily...how bad it would be if the piece died on me... It is scary

This is exactly why I spend money on a rollcage and 5 point harness before I did any drive train work.

and also the same reason why there is never a need for sped on trail one or any gravel road.. to easy to lose control
