i replaced the pump last weekend but i was in a hurry to put the pulley back on it and i think i messed it up and it ended up making my belt brake. So i gota replace it before i can drive home and i would like to go home tomarrow if possible. I have no tool up here but you only need to a wrench set and powersteering pulley remover

wasnt planning on doing this until after spring break but plans got canceled so now i need my jeep.

advance auto has one you can rent.

You didn't put it on with a hammer, did you? If so, you may have fawked the pump.

What do you need? my family is commin up 2morrow to look at land and I can get my brother to bring pretty much anything you'll need. But he won't be here it til late friday/ early sat...

thanks for the replies, i try and give you a call tomarrow Will.

and no i def didnt hammer it on, my friend at a shop at home put it on for me. i think the reason it broke was because the ridges that come out of the pulley to guide the belt were chipped bad at a few places causeing the belt to rub wrong and end up breaking completly.

at the very least...if you cant get it running, I'll take you home if you pay a few bucks for gas to Monroe.

Im leaving Boone tomorrow around 12ish, 1230 or something
