I'm going to look at a TJ tomorrow morning that I'm planning on buying. The catch is I'm 6'6" and 300+ so I don't fit in them stock. I bought some Misch's BigBoy brackets but won't really know for sure if they'll make enough room until I can try them out. The guy I'm buying from has 3 other people looking tomorrow so I'm pressed for time and will have to make the decision on the spot.
What I'm wondering is if anyone around my area (corner of Duraleigh Rd/Glenwood Ave.) has a TJ and would mind spending a half an hour this afternoon letting me install them to see if there's enough room. I know that's an odd request but I don't have a TJ to test it on otherwise.
