Anything to worry about leaf springs

Just noticed this white spacer thing turned side ways. Is this anything to be concerned about?

Specs:
Xj 3.5 Rubicon express leaf springs

They cut down on the squeakies and help it prevent wearing between the surfaces, but usually they have a nub to keep them in place.

Some gorilla glue will hold them back in place. I’ve done it a handful of times.

Will I just be able to slide it in or have to take the pack apart?
