You'll need to find out what brand of system board is in it, go to their web site and download the drivers. Safe mode is a way windows can boot with minimum drivers, so if you have a driver issue, boot into safe mode, remove offending driver. Reboot and load in the correct drivers. Without knowing who made your system board, it's going to be hard to locate the drivers. I would look on it, see if you can find a part number, name, etc, and google them.
