Aussie Lockers

I sent my locker to Aussie for warranty...In MAY!!!! I haven't heard a word from them. I've emailed countless times and called, but no response. What would you suggest?
 
Thanks a ton for your help. Bill called me today and explained the information gap. No hard feelings. Im glad we gotnit cleared up. I'll give ya'll a call next time I need a locker. You can count on that.
 
I have to say thank you Aussie Lockers for clearing up the matter. My locker had to be sent off to a private consultant. It traveled from Florida to New York to California back to New York. We had an information gap in my address and so on. Although it took a long time and I didn't know what was going on, Aussie was on top of it the entire time. Not only did I receive a call from the President, my replacement locker has arrived. Many thanks to Aussie and their employees for helping me with this. I plan on continuing to buy from them for all of my locker needs.
