crossmember is 1.5" 3/8 wall sleeved with 2" .180 wall. fit good with the seam. lower links are the same 1.5" 3/8 sleeved with 2" .180. uppers are 1.5" 3/8 wall.

brackets are boxed 1/4 inch, and tabs are 3/8.

the drivetrain is going to be moved up about 2.5 inches, so it looks close but will be moved.

the bridge is going to be braced back to the cover on his 14 bolt, and forward to the pinion support. the crossmember will also be braced in front and back on driver side and passenger side. we were ready to go home.

I think the misalignment of the mud in the rims is throwing your trianglation calculations off. Who the %^&$ bought the protractor to use with the fork lift?? BTW you need at least 2 more body panels missing to be an approved OSHA project.

Looks great guys....come finish mine.

people use calculations, we just picked madmonks brain, that was enough calculating.

where do you think are the best places to get those from? I've seen them around a few places, but dont know where a really good price would be.

try either the vendors on here or the vendors on pirate.. I already recommended a good place to you here.. but back on topic... its looking sick.. thats the same way I plan to redo my rear suspension...

some updated chassis pics. nearly finished the rear portion and the cab area. got the air shocks in place, but they are gonna change as weight is added. it is going to be very functional and still have the fullsize look. going to add the x behind where the seats will be. add another v from the bends in the rear bars. and build some door x's

Holy crap, I thought he was at it again...

the wideglide is up and running, has been since maybe may of 07 or so. has a stak now, but most everything else is the same. i can search for some pics...

moved the shocks inboard, it was a temporary setup to mock up everything else at the height he wanted.
