need some help it say my avatar is to big how do i get it down to the right size?

go to micro paint and load the file, fine an option called stretch skew and shrink it down to a certain size, u just have to keep trying and guessing to get it the right pixal size

I changed mine!!!! but yager did not tell me I had to pay .. I had to find that out myself (at least it was cheap)
