passing the motorcycle was kinda stupid, a road like that takes some concentration no matter what yer on, and something like that blowing by you un expected could certainly fawk with ya

irony - just the other day a buddy and I were talking about the highest roads in the world.... elevation.
this one came up:
grimsel pass
beautiful views.
there are a few more.

be nice to drive.
they didn't mention the one in south america though - guess cause it aint paved.

That seems like a very efficient way for most people to kill themselves. I'd like to try it in my neighborhood, but not on that road.
