guess it was worse then you thought.. glad you made it home with the girls. i ended up messing up the bolt joint on my pitman arm it started poping on the way home

you did make it home didnt ya barry...i took the lower part off last night and straightened it out better than it was,loosened up the fender and run the winch out to a tree and back to the upper and lower front fender and pulled it forward,my door opens nice and easy now....new stubs coming in this week

that's why most upgrade the outers. they tend to split like that, while at the same time taking out your hub
