AX-15 fluid

This might be a can of worms but who has experience with different fluids in their AX-15. Mine has over 100k and I get rough shifts to second and third. Problem is maginifed in cold weather. A search on JU reveals this as a common problem that synthetics have fixed. I'm thinking Redline MTL or MT-90 or Royal Purple 75w90. Where can I get this stuff locally?

I have heard good things about Royal Purple, but dont count out Amsoil, which can be found at some local Napa stores

Cheapest place I found MT-90 was Summit Racing.
