AX15 to D300 question?

Is an adaptor plate needed to mate these together? This is going in a CJ7 with a 258. PSD

Should bolt together, but you may have to grind down the output shaft of the tranny for depth clearance. I've never installed one passenger drop, but when you do it driver drop, you have to elongate 2 of the holes. I think installing it passenger drop you should be fine.

It will bolt right up, but to make things alot easier buy a clocking ring, it will keep that dana 300 from hanging so low

also keep in mind that a nv3550 out of a 2001-2006 TJ will also bolt up to a dana 300

yeah sorry 2000 also,

either tranny will work

I had a nv3550 behind a mild built 304, and a dana 300, use the clocking ring or the dana 300 will hang low
