AX5 TO NV3550

I was wondering what I would need. A new clutch disc is part of it. Will I need a new cover as well? Would I need a new pilot bushing as well? I have a 2.5 for the time being, but I'm putting together a mild sbc 350. I search the other threads but couldn't find the answer I was looking for. I know that I could need new drive shafts as well. Any help or ideas would be great.

Pilot bearing, clutch, clutch linkage, are a few things I can think of. The most important though is that your current tranny output and t-case input shafts are 21 spline, and the NV3550 is a 23 spline. I believe you can just use the 23 spline input gear for the NP231, or maybe while you are at it could go to a 4:1 kit or the like.
