Looking for a Dana 44 for the rear of my 98 TJ and came across this CL add.

Rear end from a 97 jeep was going to put on my 98 Jeep but, going to sale it for 2300 it gas guzzler v8.
It will fit 96 and newer jeeps, some wrangler plus TJ,s/ off road projects and others. It a axle disc brake with differential that all in good shape.
Will consider trading for some electronics computers or high end metro phone."
Wondering if anyone knows anything about this axle and if it would work with the TJ. The ratio is correct unsure about the rest.
