bad ass white xj in down town raleigh?

are you sure they are fullwidths? there is a white XJ that ive seen on campus a few times on 39.5 inch iroks

i walked over to have a look-see and almost cried

what looked to be 8 inch leafs in the rear WITH 4 inch blocks



at least there was no d35, but it was running an 8.8 i think....

i felt a little sorry for that drivetrain.....

i was sitting in the left lane heading towards the belt line when i saw it and i could have sworn in looked like it was running full widths but i couldnt see it that good so i could be wrong. now i have seen another white cherokee on campus that has the skyjacker 8" kit, stock 30 and 35, running 35" bighorns
 
all i got on campus is my 99 XJ, dark green, 2" lift, sliders, front bumper, lots of scratches, and one big dent on the drivers side, and lots of little ones

it has now retired from wheeling duty though, and the MJ has taken its place, but i havent been able to get it up to raleigh


i would bet we are talkign about the same jeep, it parks over in the C lot right next to reynolds coliseum
 
maybe. i dont get over that way much. i stay over at UT so i dont ever have to go under the railroad tracks that much
 
haha its amazing the things you can do with facebook. i found him on there and yeah he is running what looks like a 30 front and 8.8 in the pic on facebook. i guess the tires are so wide that it just looked like he had fullwidths when i drove by
 
you know how i am ricky. i see a jeep that looks nice when i am driving by it but then when i actually get the chance to look at it up close i realize that it is just slapped together like my own jeep
 
HEY. Rick busts his hump to make it and break it at every event possible. YEA, he talks trash, but if effort to be a part of the 4x4 community, and being there with some junk to break means anything. He has alot of points to consider. He is just young.

I think more boobies is good too.

yea, that's Nic's '96 XJ. He actually just bought it a few months ago. Very nice guy and I do know he took it to Uwharrie a month or so ago. Don't know a lot of details on it aside from it's a 5spd, 4.56 gears, open in the front but locked in the rear i think. front axle has a bunch of trussing and some thick tie rods. but yea, it's definitely big.

those look kinda like one of my previous gf's boobs and they were real... and her sisters where bigger. lol
