The front axle on my SAS chevy is from an '01 Dodge Ram 2500. I have the knuckles drilled out and am using Ballistic heim steering. The drag link hits the right side leaf when I turn most of the way left and seems to be causing the spring to sag so I'm looking for another solution. I ran across these when doing a google search:

So would it just be a simple matter of getting one of these for the passenger side and having the knuckle drilled/tapped/machined? The listing doesn't say if it fits all ball joint dana 60s. I'll have to look at mine more to see if the flat surface matches the pic.
I looked into doing high steer about 2.5 years ago when I put this axle in..a couple places sold an entire knuckle but never just the arm. Seems like there's more available today.
