Base/stand for bolt bin

Looking for a base/stand for my bolt bin. I randomly found one on marketplace a few weeks ago but still need one more.

Needs to be 34-36" wide and 12" deep. Don't matter how tall it is.

It's a cheap vs lazy problem. I paid $20 for the one I have now, so can't buy scrap angle iron for that price.

Why it mount it to the wall at eye level?

I couldn’t see a stand. Being worth it unless it got them off the ground way more than that one.

With the stand, I can roll my pallet jack under it and move it, if I ever need to. I'm just starting to setup/layout the new shop, so not 100% sure where everything is going to end up when it's all done.

Shelf space under or the like. Like Ron said eye level. Or a rolling cart. Those little stands are dust collectors and every time you drop a random bolt they seem to be a magnetic force and always land at the far back corner. My tired butt gets fed up laying on my face to retrieve that .05 cent nut. I have a stand and its on my list to do something different but a YJ is holding down the concrete in front of it.
