Hey guys, thought I'd offer this up to any shops or people here that might be interested in offering spray-on truck bed liners.

With great regret I'm forced to sell my business. My back just can't take the abuse anymore. I'm 30 years old and I won't make it to 40 without being in a wheelchair if I keep this up. It really sucks, but I gotta do what is best for my family.

My wife is also pregnant with our second kid, so I need to focus things elsewhere as well. It is a great product and business, but I just can't do it anymore.

You'll get:
1. My complete business set up as an "S"-Corp
2. All monies in my accounts - right now it is only about $700 because I have been unable to work due to my back
3. All my equipment other than my compressor and pressure washer
-Two application guns
-Two large hoppers, one small hopper
-Large selection of tints
-Orbital sander
-Several cup brushes
-Various tapes and plastic for masking
-Bunch of buckets
-Few 5 gallon buckets of additives
-Tarps and carpet squares
-Mixing paddle for use with cordless drill
-Stock of Scorpion - I have about 6 gallons of it right now, enough for 3 trucks or three Jeeps.
-Everything else I have related to the business - fliers, banners, posters, etc.
4. All my Al's Liner stock and rights to sell, including our exclusive Al's Sound Deadener and all our color options and bottles. Including all our contacts to shops that buy from us.
5. A feature in Bronco Driver magazine on Al's Liner sponsored by my shop
6. Anything else I can find in the shop, I want to rid myself of anything related to this business.
7. I'll train you on spraying a truck or Jeep interior or anything else you might want.
8. A turn key webpage with free hosting, I'll even get you a new web address and redo the webpage if you want to change the business name. http://www.tscoating.com

Asking $4000, just looking to get out and pay off some debt. I'm not making a dime on this, just want to pay off two credit cards and relax. I may be able to sell it cheaper if you just want the rights to the franchise and all my equipment and stock and not the actual business - that way I can close out the accounts and keep that cash.

PM me or call me if you are interested. I'll tell you anything and everything you need to know.
