Beefy CL find

It's too big to copy and paste. It's a 20,000 lb military crane truck. They show it moving a storage shed around.

That thing is sweet. My dad seen it and told me to get it for him. Said itd be good to cut logs with, and drag them out.

Those guys need to be careful, I know that shed isnt too heavy. BUT they dont have any downriggers. I can only imagine flipping that pig back upright.

that looks like a 2.5ton or 5 ton.... very cool... there is a guy around Morganton that has a 5 ton and Hemmitt crane... he picked up a CJ with the crane and loaded it onto the trailer...

I dont even think the trucks had outriggers on them

Who needs a trailer? Just pick up your rig and hit the road. Wonder if theres a law for that.

It has downriggers. They're not deployed.

Ben, that is a M816 5 ton military wrecker.

Thanks, I meant to say that they didnt have them down. doh.
As a master of bad luck, I am overly cautious.
But it would be a awesome rig to have
I've operated several of this model while I was in the Army. Awsome truck. A man I know here in Shelby owns one that's fully restored. He is a member of the Marine Corp League, Foothills Chapter and uses this, and his M35A2 in parades.

Cool deal. I was gonna ask if you served.

I seen a ol wrecker like that at a auction, but nobody bid on it. So I guess its still sittin in the field :(
