i am interested in making sliders and then bumpers for my ZJ, but am having an hard time with bending the tubing so does someone could help me out here it would a big hand in getting the trail protection that i need thanks.

I'm in the process of building sliders right now also. I bought a bender at northern tools

yeah i am wantin to build an set of sliders, i do not have any way to bent the tubing.

so Taco what model bender do you have and what size tube are you using for the sliders?

Shoulda spent the $$$ on a good bender, you would never regret it



send me some measurements or whatnot, I can bend it and mail it to you, or there are plenty of others here that can do it...

Do you have the tubing? If so I can do the bend for you also (in Greensboro).

i got a bender with dies for 1.75" tubing.. come awn by with some guinness.. and if you have the tubing we'll work for beer.. if not.. i'll charge you my cost for the tubing.. and work for beer.. bring the heep and it'll be done in a day..
