My father in law just picked up a 99.5 7.3 PS. He was wanting to have general service done and I would like to direct him to a place who knows 7.3s in the Raleigh area. Someone to change the coolant and know (since its not the gold coolant) to put the additive in would be nice. He would also like it scanned (maybe a CC test ect.) to make sure all is well. Any suggestions? Thanks for the help!

Rudy's Diesel in Durham does a lot with Powerstokes, seems like they have a pretty good rep as well. He might want to check them out.

I believe a ford dealership is gonna be the best place to have it looked at I work at the one in statesville but thats a little far of a drive. I have one of these trucks also 99.5 yeah model PS

Rudy's does good work.
Have your pocket book ready, but they are pretty good with diesels. They have helped me out with parts and advice before. The 7.3 is fairly simple to service and work on. I would suggest to check around on prices.
