So, now that I have the Rubicon, when I lift and fit 37's I'll probably need to do 4.88 gear to get to stock+ combined ratio. (4.74 would be exact)

When the time comes, it is the one thing I don't feel comfortable doing it myself.
So I need recommendation on the Best shop (price and workmanship) to install gears within 100 miles of G'boro.
I heard of one shop in Durham that quotes around $1350 for parts and labor. Not sure if that includes recal speedo.
Is this something that can be done while I wait?

That is what I am getting.
Next is to find a Swamper dealer where I can get TRXUS MT 37x12.5-16

M&M tire and auto off of 220 in summerfield has done gear work for me in the past. low prices and quick turnaround time. I'd recommend them in a heartbeat.

I'll do it for real cheap and even throw in a Tail light warranty.

Hey Mark, let me know what you find out. Depending on your timeline I might go with you and let you trailer my axle so I can get it done :)

Chase gave me a pretty decent quote (ECGS).
M&M in summerfield sounds promising, and it is close by.

the qh performance place, are they familiar with offroad setups? or primarily race type setups?
