Best way to get low T-case gearing in YJ

A friend is in need of some sort of low gearing in his YJ, what is the best, or a GOOD way to do low gears. I think his t-case is a 231.

Cheap is good, but it also needs to be reliable.

not really a cheap option for this. I got the teralow 4 to 1. you could also find a 241 from a rubicon that has 4 to 1 gears. I dont know of another way. Maybe a nv4500 from a chevy I think is 6.43 first gear which would help. Sorry
