BIG changes for the Bronco!!!!

Well today the Bronco took a bit of a detour off my original plans...
Still need to level it off, make some new body mounts, remove and fab a new rear bumper, but.... ran out of time today..
I'll let the pictures do the talking....

So....
Should we call it a Brazer..... a B-10..... What do you think?

It was straight but it wasn't rust free.. If I upload a full on side shot you can see...

It had HUGE holes in the floor, and was all rusted through across the tops of the doors.. one hole in the hood, one in the tailgate, and both sides at the upper and lower seam behind the doors.. both door lowers....etc.... :(

Body full of rust, or rust free body...
I don't care what brand it is, I picked the rust free body..

Plus.
We had to set the auto world straight again after we put a SBC into a Fox Mustang...
Now we have a GM powered Ford, and a Ford powered GM :lol:
 
It was an s-10 blazer. The body was the only reliable part on it.

It had a bad transmission, and my friend that owned it
was taking the engine for his Jeep project and was going
to scrap the body.. This body is in perfect shape so I took it.

I think with a little suspension work and some tires it will be a fun ride

The tires are throwing it, put some more lift and some mud terrains on it. It kinda looks like those honda's all skateboarded out now with those wheels and tires.
 
what are your plans for the 79 bronco body ? you originally posted this over on fsb i thought. now its transformed to a bronc10 lol lol
i think it sucks about the bronco. but its yours right ? ill take the body if the price is right.
 
What part of "the body had major rust everywhere" didn't you understand?

The guy that hauled it off might still have it, but there is nothing good on it..

both doors are gone at the bottom, the cab floors are gone, the roof along the tops of the windows are gone (about 16"x2" strip on both sides all the way through) the front fenders were trash, the drives rear 1/4 was dented, the passanger side had rust, the hood and tailgate both had holes, the rockers were not too bad, the windows were scratched, the trim was held on with silicone and the cap had a chunk missing.....the tail light lens were the only thing that might be worth saving, but they were not great :(

and now I have a rust free body with a sweet interior :)

Lift and tires are in the works.. they will be next.
Tires will probably be the old standard Super Swampers.

I am also thinking of converting to propane and 4 linking the front and rear after that.
